In a year of unprecedented things, we thought we’d add one more -- the unprecedented generosity and support of the London community as shown this past weekend during the Business Cares Food Drive.
Business Cares’ annual Grocery Store weekend kicks off tomorrow (Dec. 5 & 6, 2020) and we hope you’ll be able to add some “hope” to your order, in support of the London Food Bank and the organizations it supports.
It was a hectic opening weekend for the 20th Business Cares Food Drive. And though Mother Nature conspired to make it a bit more challenging, no amount of cold or rain could dampen the generous spirits of Londoners throughout the Forest City, as donations for Grocery Store Weekend exceeded 115,000 pounds worth of food and cash!
The need is real and it's growing. During the leanest times, London's business community has consistently showed the depth of its compassion. We are calling on you again to lend whatever support you feel comfortable in sharing. Learn how you can donate to the cause.
