- Download the complete Registration Package
- Download, print and complete the Fax Form
- Complete the Online Registration Form
Please have your donations ready for Pick up on Monday December 19th.
Our truck will be doing citywide Pickups Monday December 19th,
Tuesday December 20th and Wednesday December 21st.
