The Dec. 22nd finale of the Business Cares Food Drive may be fast approaching, but campaign chair Wayne Dunn said there is still a need for more donations to help Londoners through challenging times. Though time is running out on this year’s campaign, there’s still time for Londoners to lend whatever support they can.
"Every year we’re awed by the generosity of the London community. The reality is that with Covid still upon us, and the uncertainty of the impact of the new variant, we expect there to be increasing needs at the food bank over the coming months,” Dunn explained. “If Londoners are looking to donate to the cause, we’d greatly appreciate the support -- but only if you’re able.
“We know this is a challenging time for many in our community, so we ask people to only give if they can and to the degree they’re comfortable.”
The 22nd annual Business Cares Food Drive concludes on Wed., Dec. 22, 2021.
